EMDR Therapy

EMDR Therapy: 1.5 hours (face-to face only)
  • A type of therapy that helps process trauma which has scientific validation
  • Rapid eye movement (REM) during sleep is replicated in the therapeutic process. REM sleep is associated with dreaming and processing our trauma/challenges.  
  • Trauma memories, stored in the amygdala,  are transferred into “everyday memory” through bilateral stimulation
